Your order should arrive in approximately 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (MST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for some zip codes.

Overnight Delivery

Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (MST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for some zip codes.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam Deliveries

No additional charge will be added to the applicable charges for standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days, after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST).

14-day Return Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly exchange the item or refund you for the original purchase price less a 5% re-stocking fee. The item must be unworn and in its original condition and shipped back to us within 14 days from the date you receive your package. The credit card that was used to make the purchase will be automatically refunded. Please note: Original shipping cost are non-refundable.

Our selections do include but not inclusive to items from clearance centers, store returns and also pre-owned items. All descriptions and photography depict in detail the condition of each item. There are several quality checks on all merchandise before shipment. Some items may be manufacturer closeouts and have their label inked through; this prevents the return of the merchandise to the designer’s retail store for full retail value and will be noted in the description.
