Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and paypal.

Q. Can I pay by C.O.D.?

Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.

Q. If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address?

Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.

Q. Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do. Rates are the same as US domestic.

Q. What happens after I have paid for my item?

Orders are processed 24-48 hours after cleared payment. Usually, if your payment is received on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.

Q. What shipping methods do you have available?

We ship all of our items via UPS or USPS. All of our items ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.

Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?

After your order has been processed and shipped, usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost which can be selected at checkout.

Q. How much are the shipping fees?

The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Since we are an Arizona company, we are required by state law to charge 8% sales tax when shipping to Arizona addresses only.

Q. Do you allow local pickup at your location?

No, we do not.

Q. I have a coupon code. Where do I use this during the check out process?

Once you have made your selections and proceed to checkout, enter your discount/coupon code in the right side box and push apply.

Q. What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
